The Canungra Area Golf Club would like to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year. We would like to thank our local community for their continued support throughout the year, with raffle and prize donations, coming out and playing golf or just spreading the word about our wonderful golf course.

A great, big congratulations to Yoko Sterling on winning Division 3 Champion of Champions 2024. This is a huge achievement as Yoko first had to win the Canungra Ladies Club Championships. She was then eligible to play in the Women’s Golf Gold Coast Champion of Champions against all other women from all clubs on and around the Gold Coast who had won their Club Championships. Yoko represented the Canungra Area Golf Club at Surfers Paradise Golf Club with a cool, determined calmness and won the event. Congratulations Yoko, we are all very proud of your achievement.

The Canungra Area Golf Club would like to thank the Canungra & District Community Bank for their generosity in giving back to the community in their recent “Pitch Night”. The Golf club is grateful for the funds they received and the Bendigo Bank Fairy Golf Mother is feeling pretty good about her/himself.

The Members of the Canungra Area Golf Club would like to express their deepest sympathy to the family and friends of dear Vicki Eldridge. Vicki enjoyed her time with us at the golf club and always lit up the room with her beautiful smile. May you Rest in Peace, Vicki.
