‘TWAS almost a month before Christmas, when all through the town,
People were gathering, they all came down;
The lights were hung in the park with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.
Canungra’s Christmas markets certainly drew Santa, as well as many happy locals and an array of stallholders for the second annual markets.
With last year’s markets blown out by a storm, the Canungra Chamber of Commerce sub committee, that organised the markets, was happy to see blue skies and perfect weather for today’s event.
