THE National Rodeo Association held the Rodeo Nationals at Canungra for the first time, attracting the best cowboys and cowgirls from around the country.
While affected by rain on the Saturday, the two day event showcased the skills of riders at the highest level.
The event, organised by Canungra AH&I Society and held at Canungra Sports and Recreation Grounds, was primarily run by volunteers who are the backbone of the society.
Canungra Rodeo will be held in July, 2025.
