The Canungra Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting its successful Canungra Can-nections networking dinner event this month, as part of Queensland Small Business Month (QSMB).
President of the Canungra Chamber of Commerce, Luke Cecil, said “This year’s event on Thursday May 15 at O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards, will bring together the business owners of Canungra and its surrounds, entrepreneurs, and professionals for an engaging night of shared experiences, connection and networking.”
“Four well-known local business owners, at different stages of their journeys, will share their insights, how they have navigated challenges and opportunities, lessons and connections, in a facilitated panel discussion.”
“The Chamber is very grateful to these business owners, who will be announced via the Chamber’s Facebook page, for putting their hands up to share their inspiring stories. The executive committee is also excited to announce that Bronwyn Davies, a highly experienced facilitator, will be leading the panel discussion,” said Luke.
Whether you are just starting out in business, or looking to innovate and grow your business, the real-world stories shared during this year’s networking dinner will spark ideas, build connections and generate meaningful conversations.
Following the panel discussion, attendees will be given the opportunity to participate in an interactive problem-solving exercise, also led by Bronwyn Davies.
This activity will involve attendees collaborating on various business-related problems, and through discussions in groups, participants will be inspired to develop their innovative thinking and critical thinking skills, to provide solutions for their businesses and the community.
This Better Local Business Grant funded event is a part of Queensland Small Business Month and is proudly supported by the Queensland Government and the Scenic Rim Regional Council.
The Canungra Chamber of Commerce warmly encourages everyone, whether you’re a business owner in Canungra or its surrounds, a team member, or simply interested in the local business community, to come along and be part of this special networking dinner event.
A two-course meal and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided and there is also a chance to win lucky door prizes, being shop local gift cards, in the business card draw.
Tickets are available via the link provided on the Chamber’s Facebook page this month.
