Canungra luxury and lifestyle pool builder, JB Pool Construction, won the Best Residential Swimming Pool category in the 2023 Gold Coast Housing and Construction Awards.
Jamie Bramich accepted the award at a gala presentation night at Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast.
Building pools is in Jamie’s genes.
His father Graeme Bramich was a sought-after swimming pool contractor and Jamie cut his teeth helping in the business, building complex pool structures alongside his father.
In 2007, with a decade of pool-building experience under his belt, Jamie started designing and building pools on his own through JB Pool Construction, earning a reputation for delivering creative and technically sophisticated projects.
“We were proud to enter our Mountain View project at Birds Road, Maudsland, in the competition,” Jamie said.
“It’s a luxury project that incorporates a 19-metre pool, four-sided wet deck spa and integrated fire pit that combine seamlessly to create an outdoor entertaining area with panoramic views of the eastern side of Tamborine Mountain.
“The spa features a movable shade canopy for maximum year-round enjoyment.”
The 48 in-floor cleaning heads and four channel drains ensure the homeowners will spend maximum time enjoying their pool and spa, and minimum time maintaining it.
“After dark, 14 submerged and programmable lights transform the pool and spa into a veritable oasis,” said Jamie.
“With the integrated fire pit protruding into the pool, guests are able to sit at water level as the sun sinks behind the mountain range in the distance – truly a feast for the senses.”
