A SERIES of workshops for small businesses, dubbed the Gather & Grow Series, continue to inform local business owners and their staff on a range of topics.

The recent Marketing for Small Business Workshop, presented by Amanda Lutvey, gave a deeper insight into Facebook and Instagram marketing and the upcoming workshop, Well Being for Small Business Owners will serve to help business owners to look after themselves.

Rhonda Nugent, a registered counsellor and experienced educator, will be teaming up with Shannon Swales, a registered psychologist and author, to facilitate this practical and interactive workshop on September 19.

“It is so important for business owners to be mindful of their own well-being, so that they can work productively and fruitfully, and avoid burn-out” says Rhonda.

“The workshop will be a chance for participants to reflect on and learn about well-being practices that we know from evidence help your well-being” says Shannon.

This practical hands-on workshop will focus on helping small business owners to support their well-being.

Rhonda and Shannon will share their experiences and the insights they have gained as professionals in the helping industry, and as small business owners.

Participants gain knowledge and skills to improve their well-being.

The workshop will be held at Canungra Bowls Club on Thursday September 19, from 6pm to 8:30pm.

Tickets are available via the Canungra Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and are free for Chamber members and $10 for non-members.
